tokio%20hotel.JPG ATTENTION: Due to a massive fan response we have set up a Talkin Tokio Hotel blog. The interview and a competition to win a bag signed by the guys will be posted there. Please check it out for your chance to WIN.

Sometimes, a band lands on your doorstep and makes you stand up and take notice. The guys from Tokio Hotel haven't landed on my doorstep (yet) but their material has landed on my desk... and these young German rockers deserve some attention. Check out this CV fodder:

Debut album "Scream" went to Number 1 in Germany - it is 10 x Platinum (worldwide), their 5 singles have been Number 1 in Germany and sales from Germany and neighboring countries totals 2.5 million units. Their debut tour was a 43 date sell out, they played to over 400,000 people.

More stats later...

I'll chat to the guys this afternoon - about all things German, all things music and all things London. They're over here promoting the band and we're keen to ask questions - from the fans.

This one's for Bill and Tom: I've heard that twins can have a psychic connection between them, where one can sense when the other one is in grave danger or something like that. Hi, I'm from Norway, and I'm asking if Tokio Hotel will come to Norway next year if not this year? We didn't get a new date as promised, and many of us are dissapointed. Sure, we understood the situation about Bill not being able to sing after his surgery and stuff. But it's strange that they get sent to America right after surgery, when Bill should relax. It seems that Universial only focus getting TH popular in U.S and forgets Europe. I want Tokio Hotel their opportunity there too, but I mean this happens too fast. Universial said they should consentrate about Europe this year, but they shouln't say something they don't keep. Anyway, Tokio Hotel are the best band in the world, and I'm glad I found them. I really do look forward to their next album and TH being back in Europe soon. Take care :)
