INTERVIEW - Aesop Rock

Part One:

It's not every day you get to meet an internationally acclaimed wordsmith - so we jumped at the chance to chat to an extremely jetlagged Aesop Rock. Despite a lack of sleep we managed to steal a rare moment of sun and time with the American. Through the roar of some persistent East London workmen (and their machinery) we chat tatts, fans, festivals and dentistry.

We also touch on a certain upcoming UK release or two... his single 'None Shall Pass' is due for touch down on the 6th August, with the album of the same name following soon after on August 27th. Take a listen here.

awesome video interview and A is a top dude.... ive never been a massive fan of his music or the Def Jux sound (lif apart).... but hes a cool bloke and I wish him the best.... have his new LP so will post up a review in the next few....but sounds cool so far... as for the fans with the aesop rock tatoos..... thats dedication...
