COMPETITION: Win two Duran Duran tickets

Duran Duran
3rd December 2007
Lyceum theatre – London

Duran Duran have been about longer than I have been alive. I’m not sure if that is relevant but it must be a good sign; for a band to still have a massive following almost thirty years after they started out is damn impressive.

Duran Duran have moved forward with the times too – staying static is a big mistake for any band, especially thirty years down the line. They have developed their New Romantic sound into something slightly edgier with a funky, modern-pop vibe. Justin Timberlake co-produced one of their singles, Falling Down, from their most recent album, Red Carpet Massacre. With input from the likes of Timberlake and Timbaland, Duran Duran have created an album as great as their first.

Forget Nu Rave, New Wave is where it is at. To celebrate Birmingham’s finest New Romantic pop-rock band, we have two tickets up for grabs for Duran Duran at the Lyceum on Dec 3rd.

To enter our competition, please tell us what your most memorable concert is and why. Email the answer to Seatwave at competition@seatwave.com The entrant with the best most memorable gig will win the tickets.

Don't forget to leave your name, address and telephone number. Please do not enter unless you have access to your email or phone on Friday morning so that the tickets can be sent out in good time.

If you don't want to leave things up to chance, then buy your Duran Duran tickets from Seatwave.com
