Interview by Katie Spain
A new face has popped up in the UK music scene and it's one you can't miss. Alison Sudol is a pretty young thing with a quiet demeanor, loud red hair and a voice that'll make you look twice. The 22-year-old American is at the centre of A Fine Frenzy - an atmospheric mix of stunning vocals, piano arrangements and storytelling.
We caught up with the quietly spoken songstress in London and talked inspiration, pre-performance nerves and the journey that is the debut album 'One Cell In The Sea'. We also chat about her tour buddy Rufus Wainwright and discuss how a once shy girl stepped out into the limelight. Check out our video interview - this little lady is a keeper.
Watch this space for part two.
