Gaymers Grass Roots Gigs

The Futureheads
Young Knives
Mystery Jets

Remember the days when you could catch your favourite band in the pub down the road or in a venue where the band were always only a few meters away? Ah, the good ol’ days. Being with spitting distance of your favourite band in an intimate venue is one experience that you are not likely to forget easily. We found this out after we were lucky enough to get into the free Radiohead gig in a tiny venue on Brick Lane.

If you are a fan of The Futureheads, Young Knives, or the Mystery Jets, then your luck is in.

This May, Gaymers Cider is proud to present a series of must see, money-can’t-buy music performances by some of the UK’s hottest acts.

Featuring four bands packed full of English character, Gaymers Grassroots Gigs will see The Futureheads, Young Knives and the Mystery Jets return to their hometown roots and perform exclusive sets to small crowds at intimate venues, back where all the magic began.

Each performance offers fans the chance to see these established acts in the humble surroundings of the pub, club or venue that used to be part of their regular gig circuit, as they strived to make a mark on the music scene.

We have a pair of tickets up for grabs for each of the following gigs:

The Futureheads – May 1st, Sunderland
Young Knives – May 6th, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire
Mystery Jets – May 29th, London

One more act will be announced very soon. Keep your eyes peeled.

To enter our competition, please answer the following question:

What is the name of the Gaymers Cider music tour?

a) Gaymers Grassroots Gigs
b) Gaymers Sandstone Shows
c) Gaymers Concrete Concerts

Send entries to competition@seatwave.com. Please specify the tickets that you would like to win as the email subject.

This competition is only open to over 18s. No transport or accommodation is provided.

If you’re not lucky enough to win a ticket, you can catch it all on the Gaymersmusic.com website, which will also feature exclusive content from the gigs and interviews with the bands.

This competition is not open to employees of Seatwave.

This competition for The Futureheads tickets and the Young Knives will close on April 28th. Entries for the Mystery Jets will close on May 20th. The winner will be notified email. Prizes are non refundable. Seatwave and its representatives, reserve the right to substitute an equivalent prize should the prize stated be unavailable.
