COMPETITION: Sex and the City

Sex and the City

Sex and the City has attracted many diverse responses. Some people love it, some people hate it, some people are offended by it, and others see it as the perfect way to live their life.

Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly certainly feels no inclination towards it. When we spoke to him recently, he told us that he would be seeing the film - but just because it would make him angry.

‘If you want females to be taken seriously in society, then don’t portray them as people who will sleep their way to the top, throw hissy fits at every possible opportunity, and are deeply obsessed with fashion and material things.’

After having taken all this into consideration, we still can’t help but be a tiny bit excited about the imminent release of the Sex and the City film.

We have five copies of the Sex and the City sound track to give away.

To enter our competition, please leave a comment below and tell us which character from SATC is your favourite.

The winner will be picked at random and notified by email.

I admire all the girls but my heart goes out to samantha. She feel in love with Domonic and he left her for Anka. She loved James but his "shortcomings" were too much for her. Richard Wright broke her heart with his "sushi" behaviour, and then there was Smith. Just when things are lookin up she discovers she has breast cancer. I just hope Smith is here for the long haul it would be nice to see her happy. I love the show so much i am going to new york to live like a new girl for a week in june. I have also managed to get reservations at most of the restaurants featured in the Tv series,(i'm so excited) Welcome back girls!!

i think this film for me was a way to escape every day mundane life and get on with it. Every time i watched an episode i felt encouraged and saw truth and a little of myself in each of these women. They did not sleep their way to the top as some put it, these characters were well established in their careers and that had little point to them being with the men they were with. Every girl for there own and i take my hat of to them for showing how women are in reality, we arent all dried up sour grannies with wet panties. I am happy to own the box set, and every time i need a giggle, the girls never fail.
