Feist
I Feel It All
Review by Paul Beevers
Its heartening to see Feist enjoying long overdue success outside her native Canada, spurred on in no small measure by Apple using 1234 to soundtrack their iPod Nano TV commercials.
Lifted from The Reminder album which emerged to widespread critical acclaim last year, I Feel It All will only help to widen her appeal. Rootsy acoustic guitars, descending piano and glockenspiel parts, and a yearning vocal all amount to an upbeat radio-friendly three and a half minutes.
There are four DJ re-workings to choose from too, of which the Latin-tinged Escort remix is the pick of a fine bunch.
