Yeah, yeah, New Kids On The Block are back. Does any one care? Actually, I do. NKOTB was the first tape that I owned. And now, the boys (men?) are coming to the UK for their first appearance in fifteen years. Whoop. They don't quite reach the standards of Take That though...
Jordan, Joey, Jonathan, Donnie and Danny will take the stage at HMV to perform three songs, answer fan questions and sign copies of their new album The Block.
The instore will mark the release of their brand new album The Block which features collaborations with some of the biggest names in pop music today. R&B superstar Neyo features on Single, the follow up to the first smash hit single Summertime.
Other collaborations include Grown Man with the Pussycat Dolls and uber producer Teddy Riley, Put It On My Tab with Akon, Big Girl Now with NY electro-pop diva Lady GaGa and Full Service with their musical heroes New Edition. Other highlights include Sexify My Love, Dirty Dancing and Click, Click, Click - the track that Donnie credits as inspiring the band to get back together.
Summertime is released on 1st September
The Block, the first NKOTB album in over 10 years, follows on 8th September

Album and single pre-ordered and off to see the guys at HMV on the 8th. Can not wait!! I've already heard samples of the album and it's amazing!!
Another thing, Take That are nothing like NKOTB, never have, never will.

The show was amazing!! they sounded and looked so good. Can not wait until they tour the UK. The album is amazing work!! their best so far.
